Rules for Submission of Artwork

Submission of Artwork to the Redditch Art Circle Website

In order to ensure the quality and integrity of the Redditch Art Circle Website all images for inclusion on this site are submitted by members on the following basis:

• Only member's own artwork will be accepted for publication on this website.
• A maximum of 3 images to be submitted at any one time.
• Normally images will remain on the site for a maximum of one month. Artist may ask for images to be removed earlier if required.
• All images submitted by members must be in .jpg format.
• The size of the .jpeg file should be no greater than 400KB.
• The image size should be no larger than 1280 x 1024 pixels.
• All images submitted must be in focus. Out of focus or poor quality images will not be accepted. Photos that are too dark or too small to see the image will not be accepted.
• Images must not contain any content that is sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, pornographic or obscene or that is in bad taste or is otherwise objectionable to Redditch Art Circle, as determined by the nominated Committee Member, at his/her sole and exclusive discretion.
• All images submitted by artists are done so at their own risk and Redditch Art Circle will not be responsible for any financial or material loss incurred by the member submitting their image(s)

Images submitted in other than the format requested above will be returned back to the artist.
